Our collaborators are about 600 and more than 90% come from the province of Messina, in particular from the Valle del Mela, confirming the very close relationship with the local area.

Dialogue with trade union representatives is at the centre of corporate life. We hire employees with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) in the Energy and Oil sector, which provides for an articulated system of representations: a RSU (Unitary Trade Union Representative) elected by all workers, which includes the RLSA (Workers’ Representatives for Health, Safety and the Environment), as well as the Corporate Secretariats, expression of the Territorial Category Secretariats.
