Raffineria di Milazzo S.C.p.A, the Data Controller of your personal data, in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, provides you with the following information regarding the personal data that will be processed for the purpose of sending your application. The processing of your data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, minimisation and protection of your privacy and rights.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Your data are processed for the purpose of managing the selection process aimed at assessing your skills, experience, preparation, potential and suitability for inclusion in our Company’s workforce.

 

Processing methods

The processing is carried out using electronic and paper-based instruments and Raffineria di Milazzo S.C.p.A. adopts and constantly verifies the effectiveness of suitable measures, both technical and organisational, in order to guarantee the security of your data. The data are recorded and stored electronically on Raffineria’s computer system and in paper form at the Personnel and Organisation Function Units. Raffineria di Milazzo S.C.p.A. does not process your data released herein by means of automated decision-making processes.

 

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Raffineria di Milazzo S.C.p.A. guarantees that the processing operations that will be carried out on your data will be performed exclusively by subjects expressly authorised to carry out processing operations and trained for this purpose. Your data will be processed exclusively by the corporate functions in charge of personnel selection and may be shared with those responsible for the functions of eventual destination.

The personnel of the Information Systems Function may access the electronic data exclusively for reasons of technical assistance and administration of the company computer system, as may external parties authorised to provide the same services at the Refinery.

 

SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION

The data shall not be communicated or disclosed to third parties.

 

LEGAL BASIS

The curricula vitae sent by candidates contain information released voluntarily by the same for the specific purpose of obtaining an assessment of their professional requirements with a view to the possible establishment of an employment relationship with the Controller and, consequently, their collection does not require consent, as processing may lawfully take place in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of EU Regulation 2016/679.

 

CONFERMENT OF DATA

The provision of data is optional, but a refusal to provide them in whole or in part may result in the impossibility for the Controller to evaluate and select the application. Failure to provide the mandatory fields will prevent the application from being sent.

 

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

Data will not be transferred abroad.

 

STORAGE PERIOD

Data will be kept for as long as necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, as long as the data controller has an interest in calling you for a possible selection process. If the holder has no interest in your application, the data will be deleted.

 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject has the right to ask the data controller for access to, rectification, deletion of data, restriction of processing or to object to the processing of data under the conditions set out in Articles 15,16,17,18,21 of EU Regulation 2016/679. Limited to the data provided by the data subject subject subject to processing by automated means, you have the right to receive a copy of the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically possible, to obtain its direct transmission to another Data Controller. Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority if you consider that the processing concerning you violates the legislation applicable to the protection of your data.
